Before Esther could say something, Michelle crashed into her embosom making her smile.

"I am scared that you would kick me out," she said.

"Did you kick me even after hurting you so much? Didn't you come to me searching? Why would I leave you? If I leave you alone, I will be worried that you would not be able to live on your own," Esther said. She didn't notice her red eyes were turning into the brown color emitting the warm atmosphere around them.

"I am sorry," she whispered.

"Right thing. But the wrong person." Esther replied.

"What do you mean?" she replied.

"Saying sorry to your father is not too late I think," Esther said with a smile.

"I am ashamed to meet him," she said.

"Your father misses you," Esther said calmly.

"Meet him after you make a decision. Don't worry about me. I am taking my grandfather's and brother's help." Esther added.

"You don't want me here?" she asked with her teary eyes.

"I want you to lead the life you wanted," Esther said.

"I want to take over Felix's family business. But I am afraid that I will disappoint dad," she said.

"Then go to him and tell him to train for a few months. After you take over the business, ask him to keep a watch over your dealings. So, that he could point them out. Michelle, don't listen to the devil's voices in your brain. Listen to your voice," Esther said.

"Then I will work for him from tomorrow itself!" she declared.

Esther narrowed her eyes on her. This dumb woman.

"What?" Michelle blinked.

"Idiot! Nicholas would not come tomorrow! I need at least a month for everything to be settled. Won't you stay with me for a month at least?" Esther said as she gave two bumps on her head.

"You are bullying me!" Michelle accused.

"What? When?" Esther asked.

"See…" she said as she pointed to the big bumps on her. Esther rolled her eyes at her.

"Will you be with me for a month?" Esther asked her pleadingly.

"I will!" she said without even thinking.

"I hope you maintain this tempo till you achieve your dreams!" Esther said.

"Let's drink today," Michelle cheered.

"Michelle, I can't drink. Doctor's advice. We can have hotpot though," Esther said.

"Okay," Michelle said.

"Now, go and do your work. And most importantly be resistant towards Nicholas's charms." Esther warned.

Michelle nodded her head like a bunny before leaving.

The smile on Esther's face froze the moment she left the room and she turned back to red again.

Since she transferred half of the burdens to her grandfather. She could concentrate on designing.
